The Process


1. Learn

Tell us more about you and all of the ideas and inspiration you have so far. Complete a short questionnaire that outlines your vision and the key elements you’re looking for. Don't have any ideas yet? That's okay - we like blank slates too!

2. Connect

Connect in person.  This is an opportunity to get to know each other better. We’ll ask you the right questions to understand your vision for the event, and give you a clear idea of what the planning and coordinating process will look like.


3. Collaborate

Seal the deal!  Once you’ve decided that we are the team for you, we’ll get a contract squared away, and dive right into the good stuff.  

4. Prepare

Your event is right around the corner.  Let’s get down to the details.  Checklists, timelines, and logistics: that’s our jam.


5. Party

It’s go time! Our team will blend into the background and make sure that everything goes off without a hitch. This is your time to celebrate, and we want to give you the opportunity to soak it all in.
